Many people are motivated to make important life changes but are not sure where to begin. I can help. I will work with you to identify goals and to find the right approach that helps you to improve your quality of life. I offer evidence-based interventions that can improve the quality of your marriage, relieve depression and anxiety, elevate performance at work or school, improve sleep, overcome addiction, and reduce stress at home. Relationships are not easy. If you are just starting out or have been experiencing trouble staying connected, couple counseling can help. In couples counseling, I use Gottman Institute interventions.


I completed graduate work in Counseling at Saint Elizabeth University and in Philosophy and Theology at Boston College. As a trained philosopher and theologian, I know that faith and a person's worldview are very helpful sources of hope and resilience. Following a significant event or life change, people sometimes have questions about meaning and purpose. I will help you to make sense of your experience and strengthen your relationships.


I am accepting new clients for couple therapy, anger management and co-parenting training on Saturdays. Sessions are fee-per-service, but I will work with you to obtain out-of-network reimbursement, or direct payment, if available.
