Food is not the enemy! Finding the right foods for you can be exciting and delicious! I am here to help you develop and reach your nutritional goals. 


In your initial consultation, I’ll assess your current health and nutrition status by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behavior and usual food patterns and preferences. With this information, I’ll share essential nutrition information, healthful tips and recipes, and plenty of healthy strategies that will help you say yes to a healthier, stronger life! Then, together, we will create a comprehensive action plan based upon your unique health and nutrition goals to set you up for nutrition and wellness success.


I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree from Montclair State University and completed a Dietetic Internship from the University of Connecticut. I began my career in multiple Long Term Care facilities as their Dietitian working as part of the interdisciplinary team to care for each resident. 


While raising my 4 children, I realized how hard it was to maintain  nutritious and healthy habits for myself as well as for my family. This prompted me to want to help others reach their health goals as well. I  am very attuned to listening to frustrations or problems regarding healthy eating, help develop realistic, attainable goals and ultimately reach a place where my clients feel in control of their eating patterns, develop a healthy relationship with food, and feel strong and happy!
