Clinician

I believe a positive, accepting relationship between therapist and client is key to successful therapy. My goal is for you to feel fully heard, accepted, and supported as we work together to find the best solutions for your needs.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2013 and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I specialize in helping kids manage challenges like anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavioral issues, using creative interventions to make therapy engaging and effective.

My approach is trauma-informed and eclectic, blending mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods. Sessions may include conversation, skill-building, or guided meditation, depending on your wellness goals.

I focus on teaching mindfulness, communication, emotion regulation, and coping skills. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, as a couple, or as a family, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
