I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to fostering a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment that honors each individual’s unique experiences and personal growth. I earned my Master’s Degree in clinical social work from Rutgers University, and my practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches.
IMy goal is to support and collaborate with clients as they work toward their therapeutic goals and develop a more compassionate internal dialogue. I am deeply committed to helping individuals build a lifelong, kind relationship with themselves—both in body and mind.
With experience across all age groups, I believe in fostering an environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and empowered to achieve meaningful growth.
