Rebecca Lutzky, LAC
Clinician/Livingston Office
I support children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges and are looking for guidance, clarity, and practical tools. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, or difficulties at school or home, I work to help them feel more understood, capable, and confident.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-focused, meeting each child where they are while helping them develop the skills needed to navigate everyday challenges. I integrate creative, developmentally appropriate techniques—including play, art, and interactive activities—to make therapy feel natural, engaging, and effective. These methods allow children and teens to express themselves more freely while building meaningful coping and problem-solving skills.
I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing that real, lasting change happens outside of the therapy room as well. Together, we focus on improving communication, establishing supportive routines, and implementing strategies that can be used at home to reinforce progress.
I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure what your child needs or where to begin. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where both you and your child feel heard, guided, and empowered every step of the way.
