Sara Graybill, LSW
Clinician
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate the emotional challenges that arise throughout life. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of South Carolina, where I developed a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, child development, and family-centered support. My passion for helping others began early in life and has grown into a lifelong mission to help children feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I work with children ages 5 and up who may be experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, or challenges adjusting to life changes. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children can express themselves freely—whether through conversation, art, or play—and where families feel supported every step of the way.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and creative modalities such as art and play therapy. I tailor my work to the unique needs of each child, helping them make sense of their thoughts and emotions while building skills that promote resilience and confidence. I also partner with parents and caregivers to offer guidance, insights, and strategies that reinforce progress outside of sessions.
Above all, I believe healing happens through connection. I strive to create meaningful, supportive relationships that help children and families feel understood, valued, and equipped to face life’s challenges with strength and hope.
